“We stayed in Malaga, Costa del sol, within walking distance of the beach, Seafront local supermarkets. Shops and cinema 100 yards from our hotel and bus stop right outside the hotel.
The hotel was 3 star but very adequate rooms were big and spacious and very clean. The pools and kids games were very good as was the entertainment every night it was fantastic.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, as were Thomson reps. The night time entertainment was great bing, quizzes and different cabaret acts kept everyone happy.
We have been on a couple of Whoopydoo holidays, this wasn’t the best but at the same time it was very good value for money with good accommodation in lovely hotels.”

To be fair we hardly spent any time in. Really good selection of attractions and we would certainly return as we didn’t go to all.
Hotel was basic but okay. Would imagine that it would be noisy in summer but December was quiet. Rooms were clean.
Weather was terrific, the temperature didn't fall below 20 and we didn’t see a cloud in the sky all week. It was good. We would certainly do another Whoopydoo! Trip.”

“The resort was beautiful. We stayed in Armutalan, Which was a quiet resort, a bus ride from Marmaris. We had views of the sea and the mountains from our apartment. Swimming pool lovely cafe’s and restaurants etc.
The hotel was family run, it was so nice, really lovely friendly people and a great atmosphere. The apartment was very spacious and clean and we had a huge balcony. A maid cleaned the rooms every day.
It was so central to visiting other parts of Turkey we visited so many beautiful towns which were all accessible by local bus. The excursion we went on as part of the hotels entertainment was brilliant. The jeep safari day is a must do !! Overall the best holiday I have ever been on.
Turkey is such a beautiful country. It is steeped in culture, from the amazing architecture of the mosques and building to the lovely people, who are friendly, I recommend Turkey to anyone who wants a holiday to remember.”

“The distance from the apartments to main area for restaurants and bars approx. 10/15 min walk. Ideally situated if don’t want to be in the main busy area. Lots of choice for places to eat.

“Even as I turned up at the airport with my bags packed I still had a bit of doubt as to whether the prize was actually going to be real. I gave my name in at the Thompson holiday desk, waited a couple of anxious moments and there it was!
I’ve actually won a dream prize not just a trip to Egypt, but a cruise down the Nile with even a few excursions thrown in for good measure!
What an eye opener the trip was,… first a window seat as we flew over the Sahara dessert and then the heat of the air in Luxor a mid summer’s baking hot forty two degrees-
-fifteen minutes away was my river boat, and my new best friends waiting to cruise the Nile with me- An excellent tour guide took us to all the famous temples, the valley of the kings and all the things you would ever want to see in Egypt-
There was none of that 'get an inside & pay more for an outside in cabin' thing. On our ship-everyone got an outside room with a huge picture window-and in all honesty I’d say it was a five star boat and.... I love this bit (because I’m tight fisted);- all meals on board were included in the price-(which in my case was was nothing) I couldn’t resist telling all the other passengers that I’d won the holiday on a scratch card- after all isn’t that half the fun?
All the holiday cost me was my taxi to the airport a few drinks on board and I opted for an extra tour or two-(well you’ve got to do the camel riding in a Nubian village on the edge of the Sahara dessert thing!); It made me feel like I was Michael Palin on one of his round the world adventure travel documentaries-and best of all because the crowd on he boat were a good lot of folks,I’ve got some new friends back here in England.
Without your prize I’d never take time away from my business or treat myself to this I’m normally all credit crunched up & far too tight fisted”

“Magaluf – a very British resort – not what I would have chosen but clean, hot and great fun. Beach was good with clean sand and plenty of room on it.
The hotel was good, accommodation clean and in good repair. All necessary equipment available only downside was the teenage guests making a racket between 2-6am! Otherwise wonderful. Day time fab.
Weather and a good clean pool with plenty of loungers. Lunch by beach was also memorable.

“1st Holiday: ‘I liked the sound of a holiday though the destination was one I'd always rejected in the past. What a fool I was. I thought it would never come to fruition, when I actually got dates and departure point I was over the moon. Wow!! On arrival whisked off in a Mercedes to a really nice hotel with multilingual reception staff. A beautifully appointed room, lovely service from the desk staff who went out of the way to help. Beautiful Can Pastille, quite lovely long golden beach I never did reach the end of. Sunshine throughout (at least I think that's what it was as it doesn't appear in Scotland!). Jacket went in the wardrobe when I arrived and only came out when I left. I've never been so relaxed in my life. It was all so well run I didn't need Customer Services. I couldn't have been happier. Purely Creative gamecards are worth taking a look at, you never know what gems you might find behind this type of advertising.’

2nd Holiday: ‘At first I hadn't realised just how good these promotion are - I thought I'd probably receive something that was just cheap or there would be hidden charges.
