If you have been sent a Whoopydoo holiday voucher, please read the entire voucher carefully as the vast majority of the answers to the questions we are asked can be found on the voucher.

Please remember that once registered, your holiday will be offered to you only when cost effective flights and accommodation become available to us. This is normally around 3 weeks prior to the departure date. You will receive a written holiday offer via post within an absolute maximum of 18 months from receipt of your valid claim.

If your address details have changed since you sent in your registration form please email mail@whoopydoo.net to notify us, providing your old address and the new one.
